Why this happened?
If the bank charges money from your account but you haven’t received crypto in Atomic Wallet there can be two ways. It’s either our partner Simplex is processing your payment and a crypto will be soon transferred to your address or either the payment request has been declined. In this case you will receive a refund on your bank card. 


How to check my transactions status?

You can ask Simplex directly: https://www.simplex.com/resolutioncenter/
Or contact our support centre and provide your payment ID + your crypto address

If funds have been successfully transferred to your address but in Atomic you see zero balance please follow this guideline.
