Why this happened?
In the most cases there can be three main reasons to why it happens in Atomic Wallet. The first one is that you don’t have connection to the blockexplorer, you need to wait a little more till the exchange will be completed or your exchange request have been suspended by the exchange partners risk management reasons. Please follow this guideline to resolve your issue.

Our partners have their own limits to exchange crypto without KYC/AML check. If your operation has been suspended then you either need to pass their KYC (do it only once) or you can contact us and they will refund your crypto.

We are in direct contact with our partners and there is no need to worry. Your funds are safe and on blockchain.
