Why does this happen?
In this most cases there can be two problems with your Atomic Wallet. It’s either you don’t have enough funds to pay fee for transaction or there is connection difficulties. We are constantly checking our nodes and in some cases they can be overloaded or stop working properly. In this case we often release a hotfixes updates where the issue is resolved.
What should I do?
Please contact our support and describe your case. (Attach your address, describe how the issue happened and send us an errors.log file).
What to do If I need to withdraw my funds quick?
You always have access to your private keys and and you can export them at any time. Please read our guide on how to find and export private keys.
