What to do if I see the balance on the blockexplorer and not in the wallet?

First of all - no worries. Your funds are safe and on blockchain. Your balance is not correctly reflected due to connection difficulties (i.e unstable internet connection, block explorers can be just blocked in your region and in this case you will have to setup proxy or vpn on your device.)


1)Contact our support centre and describe your issue: support@atomicwallet.io

2) Attach the link to the blockexplorer with your address.

3) Attach an errors.log file to the letter.

To do so open Atomic. Click “Settings” - > “Help”, then “Export Log File” and attach it to the letter.
