In case your Atomic Wallet has this issue, you need to check if you have a stable internet connection.

This sign (—) is showing that you don’t have connection to the blockexplorer. The blockexplorer receives the data of your balances, amounts of tokens and then they are reflecting in the Atomic Wallet interface.
No worries, all your funds are completely transferred to your Atomic Wallet address, but they are not displayed in the Atomic Wallet interface due to connection issues.

If any errors occured, try to use VPN services.
Most probably in your region/country these blockexplorer providers are forbidden. It can also be caused by Cloud Flare protection. This service protects websites from spam and DDoS attacks.


If VPN doesn't work, try the following: 


1) Contact our support team: support@atomicwallet.io
2) Attach an errors.log file.


3) Tell us the version of the wallet you use. You can see it on the first screen when you enter a password.
