What to do?
Make sure you have a small amount of Ethereum (ETH) on your balance in Atomic Wallet. To send ERC20 tokens ETH is required, it will be automatically converted into gas and used to make a transaction. You can check reccommended gas amount here - https://ethgasstation.info/
What to do if it won't help?
If you have ETH on your Atomic Wallet address, but this problem is still occurs, then follow these steps:
Make sure you use the latest version of the app. Download it and install it from our website.
Make a screenshot of your problem and describe your issue. It can contains zero balance, error messages, etc.
Copy your ETH address. Tell us the version of operating system you use.
Attach an errors.log file which you may find by this path if you're using WINDOWS:
